Villkor för användning av Teacher on Demand
The purpose of ToD (Teacher on Demand) is spreading films produced by teachers and teaching materials on the Internet. File sharing with a pedagogical purpose.
The film producer
• You own the copyright for your material. ToD works as a unifying link between teachers\' materials and consumers - ie teachers, pupils and parents
• You accept that users of ToD may download your material to their portable devices and computers free of charge for personal or educational use
• You accept that users are allowed to embed the film on websites
• ToD has the right to distribute your material through the website (in the selected media format) until you remove it
• You can remove your self-produced material at any time (which, as far as possible, shold be avoided in order not to create gaps in the subject)
• You are not allowed to outsource copyrighted materials on ToD, neither as a whole or in parts. If copyrighted material should be detected, ToD has the right to delete it and to close your account. Images and music can be copyright protected materials. ToD also has the right to remove material, and close your account if ToD finds any inappropriate material.
• ToD has the right to freely use the material submitted in order to promote the idea of ToD. For example as an advert on other websites. A ToD logo will be attached to all films in order to show the spreading source.
• There will be no payment for the production of material for ToD.

Consumer of film
• You are not allowed to download material and use it for commercial purposes
• You are allowed to download material from ToD for personal and educational use
• You are allowed to link to material on ToD and to embed the film on the website and school portals as long as you enter ToD as a source
By approval of this agreement, both parties are bound by the rules above
